I
NFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS

Help us to help you

Your assistance with the following will help us to process your application without delay.

Complete the ‘Application for Residential Tenancy’ form with as much information as possible.

Provide us with your current or previous tenant’s ledger card.

Provide us with 100 points of Identification.

Provide us with written references from previous and current Landlords or agent, as well as personal & employment references.

The more information you provide the easier it is for you to convince the landlords that you are the best applicant for their property.

Landlords ask only three things of Tenants:

1. Pay the rent on time.

2. Look after the property.

3. Don’t annoy the neighbours.

If you can prove to the landlord that you can do these three things and do them better than any other prospective tenants – the property is yours.

As soon as your completed application has been received, it will be processed by our property manager who will confirm the information you have supplied.

Your application, together with any other applications that may have been received for the same property will be referred to the owners of that property for their instruction.

There is usually more than one applicant for each property. The most suitable applicant will get the property, not necessarily the first applicant.

You will be contacted by our property manager and advised of the outcome. This process normally takes around forty-eight hours depending on the promptness of replies we receive from your previous and current Landlord or agent, as well as personal & employment referees.
